You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. In some cases, such as I-9 verifications, you will need two forms of identification as per I-9 regulations.

ProSeal Notary LLC is commssioned by the State of Arizona for in person, electronic and remote online notarization. Remote Online Notarization is a method of meeting virutally to notarize documents. You must have a computer or laptop device with a camera and microphone as well as proper ID and of course your documents to be notarized. For this service, ProSeal Notary LLC can service within and outside of Arizona via one of the platforms we partner with. Please contact us for procedures. It is really simple and saves you time.
